happy hour: cranberry ginger beer punch


Since the holidays will be here in no time, we've already started planning our drinks and dishes for holiday gatherings here at So Fancy. Punches are a super easy way to serve your guests interesting beverages without the hassle of making individual cocktails. This punch combines one of my favorite beverages, ginger beer, with bright and cheery lemon and cranberries for a drink that's perfect for holiday parties and summertime, too. If you refrigerate the ingredients ahead of time you can whip this up in just a few minutes and serve immediately.

Cranberry Ginger Beer Punch

juice of 1 lemon
1 lemon, sliced
handful of cranberries
2 cups lemon vodka
2 cups unsweetened cranberry juice
4 bottles of ginger beer (I used Crabbies)

Place lemon slices and cranberries in the bottom of a large pitcher or punch bowl. Add lemon juice, cranberry juice, lemon vodka and ginger beer and stir. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
